YOU CAN HELP YOUR COMMUNITY’S KIDS FIND THEIR DAY IN THE SUN!

Across Florida’s highways, four specialty license plates are helping drive support for local schools – Support Education, University of Georgia, University of Alabama, and Auburn University. When Florida residents purchase or renew any of these plates, the proceeds stay right in the community where the vehicle is registered, directly benefiting local public education. Here is how to order online:

1. Click on “Order Now” from the top of the page or “Order Online” from the bottom of the page.
2. Fill out the form with your information and the plate you’d like to receive.
3. Indian River Tax Collector’s Office will contact you in 72 hours to complete the transaction.
4. Your plate will be mailed to your home, and the fee ($20 or $25) will be donated to your local education foundation to support public education.

Each Support Education plate contributes $20 back to local schools, while the three out-of-state university tags contribute $25 each. As a courtesy, the Indian River Tax Collector’s* Office can help you get the plate that shows your support for education close to home, or you can visit your local tax collector’s office.

*The Indian River Tax Collector’s Office will assist you in ordering your plate online, even though you do not live in Indian River County, or visit your local tax collector’s office. Your contribution from your specialty plate remains in the county you reside.
